Responsibilities:
Report to store manager and assist store manager to accomplish:
* Daily store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory
* Recruit, train, develop and motivate the employees
* Establish work schedules, assign sales workers to duties
* Ensure product mix and inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales and control inventory
* Develop successful sales plan to grow profitability
* Order merchandise from head office
* Implement new product lines and create strategies to introduce and promote them to our guests
* Promote store to community
* Maintain safety and security of the store
* Work in team environment
Qualifications :
* At least High School diploma with 1-2yrs experience
* Proficient in English
* Prior successful food service, retail, grocery management experience preferred
* Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call
* Must have a valid driver license and willing to travel to other stores in SK
* Filipino or Mandarin speaking preferred
