Leads workplace training efforts for Southwest Homes and its team members.
DUTIES
Plans, prepares, delivers, and schedules training within the organization.
Coordinate delivery of training with other managers who are certified to train particular programs.
Maintains the organizations training records.
Support Program Coordinators and Program Managers with program design, training, and implementation for participants.
Provide administrative support within the office as requested, including research, records, and/or projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years experience in the Disability sector
Training in CLSD Levels 1 to 3, CPP& SP, PART, TLR and Leadership would be considered assets.
Strong facilitation and teaching skills.
Excellent computer, organizational, time management and communications skills with superior attention to detail
Unquestionable tact and confidentiality
Collaborative communication skills
WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
Flexibility in scheduling around organization training needs.
Occasional weekend or evening training may be needed.
