Golden Health Care is currently looking for positions at Cypress House, A 72 suite Personal Care Home located at 2135 Scott Street Swift Current.
We are looking for individual with great teamwork skills and a passion to make a difference in the lives of seniors. All staff require a valid certificate in a food service course, standard first aid. If staff do not have the courses before hired, they must complete them within 3 months of the date of hire. Benefit plan available.
Essential Skills
- Critical thinking

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- First Aid Certificate
Additional Skills
- Supply and empty bed pans
- Serve meal trays and feed patients
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens
Specific Skills
- Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher
- Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse
- Supervise patients' exercise routines
- Shave patients prior to operations
- Lift, turn or massage patients
- Collect specimens
- Bathe, dress and groom patients
- Answer call signals
Security and Safety
- Criminal record check (abstract)
