-Understanding and having the knowledge of implementing the Play & Exploration Early Learning Program Guide
-Have up to date CPIC and First/Aid CPR
-Be willing to work flexible shifts
-Willing to assist in housekeeping tasks

-Dependable and reliable
-Experience working with children who are medically fragile or who have special needs is an asset
