Description

The Northwest Regional Housing Authority (NWRHA) has an opportunity for a full-time SENIOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR.  If you are a natural collaborator with proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, and make good decisions in support of the NWRHA, wed love to hear from you!

Reporting to the NWRHA Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for the effective operation of the Housing Authority office and ensuring daily operational requirements are met while establishing, promoting and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, the public, contractors, and housing authority staff.  In this role, you will:
Assist the Operations Supervisor and the NWRHA General Manager in preparing for Board and Committee meetings (including preparation of Board packages).
Ensure financial and operational records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in preparation of annual budgets for the NWRHA portfolio.
Provide day-to-day supervision of employees at the Buffalo Narrows location.
Review and recommend NWRHA housing unit applications to the Board for approval and manage tenant-related concerns, appeals, evictions and complaints.
Ensure NWRHA housing units are leased; rents are collected; arrears action plans are developed; move-ins and move-outs are completed; and that units are allocated in a timely manner to approved applicants.
Work with tenants and the Tenant Relations Officer (TRO) to ensure compliance with lease agreements, and assist the TRO with issues regarding tenant associations.
