Klarks Trenching Ltd. is a service provider in the underground and overhead utility construction industry. We are currently looking for an Office Administrator.
Job responsibilities include:
- Maintaining office systems
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, bookkeeping, preparing payroll, managing correspondence (answering phones, email, etc.), maintaining filling systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage Accounting Software
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration is considered an asset
