Job Description: The Workforce Planning Service Delivery Associate provides support to the Workforce Planning Service Delivery Specialist and the provincial WP&ES
team in coordinating the evaluation, delivery, review and application of the Human Resources Service Delivery Model and Administration Management
System. The WPSDA will ensure that accurate information is gathered and appropriately documented through supporting a collaborative & problem
solving approach with the Workforce Planning Service Delivery Specialist and the provincial WP&ES teams to improve service, achieve goals &
resolve issues.
Required Qualifications

A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources management or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience
-Post secondary education in Human Resources Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-Minimum of two (2) years experience in the Human Resources/Workforce Planning field, preferably in a heath care setting
-Experience using various HRIS systems including Gateway Online, My Connection, Service Now
-Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Databases, PowerPoint
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Must possess a current driver's licence and/or have access to travel on short notice
Ability to work independently as well as with committees and teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of the collective bargaining process and the analysis of collective agreement language.
