CAA Saskatchewan's Prince Albert Office is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual to join their team as a full-time Travel/Member Services Representative.
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to promote, sell, renew and upgrade CAA memberships.
- Assessing members needs to determine the best possible solution through the sale, service or referral of appropriate CAA products, travel services, or selling memberships and processing insurance.
- Providing SGI issuing, from renewals to permits.
- Promotion and sales of auto extension insurance coverage.
- Offering members a variety of travel products, auto travel services, trip routings, maps and insurance, along with other ancillary products and services as required.
Skills and Attributes:
- A minimum of one year delivering professional customer service.
- Previous experience in selling travel and travel insurance would definitely be an asset.
- Experience handling cash and cashing out.
- Self-confidence and open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Attention to detail, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer knowledge, including the Internet and Microsoft Office products.
Hours of work, five days per week, Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, according to business requirements.
