Parkland College welcomes applications for the position of Senior Coordinator, Public Relations and Communications. This is a permanent, full-time position based out of our Trades & Technology Centre in Yorkton.
The Opportunity:

The Senior Coordinator, Public Relations and Communications is responsible for the development and implementation of College marketing, branding and communications strategies that enhance the organizations reputation and culture, and advance the goals and objectives of Parkland College.
This position will work collaboratively with other departments to develop, implement and oversee a student recruitment strategy for prospective domestic and international students. This position will work with internal and external stakeholders to promote Parkland College programs and services to maximize student enrolments. The position will liaise with internal college staff across all program areas and with external partners and stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business / Commerce, with a focus on Marketing or Communications.
- Four years experience in a similar business environment. This experience will demonstrate knowledge of marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, and business management.
- Certification and / or experience with Facebook Blueprint, Hootsuite Social Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Hubspot will be considered an asset.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in the areas of branding, digital marketing, market research and advertising.
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
