Parkland College welcomes applications for the position of Coordinator, Recruitment & Engagement. This is a permanent, full-time position based out of our Trades & Technology Centre in Yorkton.
The Opportunity:
The Coordinator, Recruitment & Engagement is primarily responsible for domestic and international student recruitment. This position will help assess, organize and support the college-wide recruitment efforts with specific focus on social media marketing, student recruitment, and relationship building with high schools.
The Coordinator will be responsible for the organization of recruitment events, the creation and use of marketing materials, and management of prospect student data.
What You Bring:
- Two-year post-secondary diploma. This education would provide knowledge and specialized skills in marketing, communications and public relations.
- Two years of recent and relevant work experience. This experience will include experience in promotions, marketing, communications, recruiting, and stakeholder relationship development and maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal and public relations.
- Demonstrated computer graphic design skills, with solid skill or experience in programs such as Adobe Creative suite, In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel.
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
