Facility: Rosthern Public Health
Job Description: Under the direction of the Director, Clinical Integration, Primary Health,  the Immunization Program Manger oversees publicly funded immunization programs including development, implementation and evaluation of program goals and objectives for improving the overall coverage rates for immunization for Saskatoon and area residents.
Required Qualifications

CPR Level C certificate
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Experience
Four years supervisory or management experience in a unionized environment. Four years experience in the field of public health or community health including conducting needs assessment, utilizing population health promotion strategies, developing programs and resources, writing policies and participating in evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Utilization of conflict resolution skills and decision making abilities
Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal/consultative relationships
Ability to plan, organize, manage and implement multiple initiatives within constrained resources to meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of personnel, both internal and external to the organization
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Public Health theories, models and approaches used to address population Health issues
Intermediate knowledge of immunology and vaccines
Knowledge of current trends, issues and best practice strategies in immunization and improving coverage rates
Knowledge of basic epidemiology princi
