Description

Were looking for a strategic and motivated person to come on board as our Card Program Manager. Your consultative and collaborative style along with your experience in delivering omnichannel campaigns will play an essential role in helping you engage and align our credit card strategy across multiple stakeholder groups and support the optimization of the card program at Conexus.

How youll be spending your time

Managing assigned aspects of the credit card program such as account opening, plastic issuance, account usage, and rewards fulfillment
Working with cross-functional teams to launch new products and to execute account management offers that result in an increased share of loyalty
Supporting member-facing teams with positioning, messaging, and scheduling
Act as liaison to bridge gaps between different groups of internal and external stakeholders to deliver and evolve the card experience
Defining and tracking metrics tied to account performance and marketing effectiveness
Assessing competition, industry changes and member needs through research and data
Evaluating new ideas for market viability, and creating business requirements and plans
Planning, forecasting, and managing budget for assigned products and card initiatives

The experience you bring

Completion of a degree Business Administration / Commerce (Marketing Major)
Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, payments or financial industry
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and influencing change
