Pet Parent Relationship Manager (PPRM) - Dogtopia Regina East
Dogtopia Regina East has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to lead our sales and marketing efforts as our Pet Parent Relationship Manager.

About the PPRM:
The focus of the Pet Parent Relationship Manager role is to make connections with people and pups while motivating and inspiring them see Dogtopia as the place for the best place for their pup!
Duties Include:
    Facilitate the growth of dogs in daycare at Dogtopia Regina East by cultivating and maintaining relationships with pet parents and the greater Regina community.
    Schedule appointments and introduce Pet Parents to all that Dogtopia has to offer to them and their pups.
    Work with team members and Pet Parents to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction.
    Plan and manage Social Media campaigns and effectively manage digital spend.
    Establish and manage guerilla marketing efforts.
    Manage the referral program
    Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status report

Experience:
    2+ Years of experience in a Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, or Relationship Management role. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
