THE POSITION: The Manager of Analytics & Business Insights leads Innovation Credit Unions business intelligence (BI) and data analytics team and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to support Innovations analytics and reporting requirements. The Manager, Analytics & Business Insights does the following:
- Leads, manages, and grows a team of talented data engineers, data modelers, developers, and data scientists.
- Drives internal data warehouse and data governance projects.
Owns the delivery of high-impact analytics and dashboards.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to support analytics and reporting requirements.

-- Cloud Big Data Analytics in Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Analysis Services, and Snowflake.
-- Relational Databases including Azure SQL, SQL Server.
-- Microsoft Power BI.
-- Data Governance, Data Catalog, Master Data Management.
- You have professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with team members
