Warner Industries & Winacott Equipment Group merged in 2020 and together we are a proud leader in the Commercial Truck, Trailer, and Bus industries.
We have an opportunity for a Payroll & Routing Coordinator to join our Transportation Division! The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Regina Public Schools bus routes are accurate and updated in a timely manner, as well as assisting with dispatch, answering telephone inquiries, as well as submitting biweekly payroll hours for our Transportation Division to our Payroll & Benefits Administrator. As part of our Transportation Team, the successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain an S endorsement.
Never driven a bus or large vehicle? No worries! We offer a comprehensive, paid training program to give you the knowledge and skills to pass SGI's requirements for an "S" endorsement.
A valid Saskatchewan Class 5 (or higher) license is required.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and a background in the School Bus and/or transportation industry is an asset. A positive attitude, energetic personality, willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellent Customer Service are excellent qualities for the successful Candidate.
