Employment Network has an opportunity in our office for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator!
In this role, the successful applicant will:
- Serve as first point of contact and company ambassador for telephone and walk-in clients, appointments, enquiries and messages. Communicate with people from all walks of life and backgrounds in a warm, professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Handle initial prescreen interviews for candidates.
- Be a point of contact for candidates to coordinate interviews and candidate testing.
- Database information management and input. Planning, organization and accurate recording of incoming resumes, candidate information, updates, skills inventory, interviews, etc. on an ongoing basis within the HR database and filing system.
- Conduct candidate reference checks.
- Provide strong administrative support to team members in the areas of word processing, candidate reply letters/emails, assessments and skills testing, appointments, reports, photocopying, courier, etc.
