followed by project management during service and installation.

As the successful candidate, you will bring in-depth experience in HVAC service and installation
within the commercial, industrial or residential market.

Reporting to the President, you will:
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, vendors and suppliers within the Regina and area market.
- Identify and collaborate with clients to determine project needs.  Prepare estimates and provide quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Manage projects and oversee technicians to ensure client deliverables, schedules and budgets are met.  
- Monitor and ensure timely information, progress updates and communication is ongoing at all times.  
- Coach and mentor technical staff, and assign duties as required.  
- Monitor and ensure safety standards are met and adhered to in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements
- Prospect for new opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of this position and the organization.

- Journeyman Refrigeration, Plumbing or Sheet Metal with HVAC service/installation experience.  
- Electricians, Mechanical or Electrical Engineers with significant HVAC service/installation experience will be considered.  
- 5-10+ years of HVAC service/installation experience.  
- Highly motivated, professional and technically savvy.  
- Time management, scheduling attention to detail.    
- Highly accountable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
