Description

Our client, a reputable organization here in Regina, is in need of a qualified Administrative Assistant (Financial).  If you learn quickly, are organized to a T and are comfortable working with numbers, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities will include:
- Provide administration for various departments including setting up and maintaining new client accounts.
- Analyze premiums, payments and review policy changes.
- Respond to internal and external clients regarding various inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute documentation and reporting.
- Investigate files/complete audits and report any missing or incorrect information.
- Complete filing, data input, and document drafting, etc.

Education & Experience:
- Grade 12.  Office education/training a definite asset.  Basic accounting knowledge will be considered a definite asset.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role (administration with a numbers focus).
- Solid knowledge of computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
