Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part Time Bakery Clerk(x2) at our Food Store location in Prince Albert, SK.

Reporting to the Bakery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate day to day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-ops vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Properly prepare products to Co-op standards, package and label finished products, maintain production records
Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department
Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards
Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience  in person and on the phone
Take cake orders and cake writing as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service:
You have a grade 12 or equivalent experience; food service experience is preferred
You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
You are well organized, and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices
Ability to lift and load products: extensive
