Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Assistant Agro/Gas Bar Team leader at our Choiceland Corner location in Choiceland, SK.

Reporting to the Team Leader Choiceland Corner, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate day to day behaviour and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-ops vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Provide prompt, personalized, Legendary Service to all of our members and guests
Ensure that all members and guests are completely satisfied with their shopping experience
Assist with:Leading the operational team to drive the growth of revenue and productivity
Effectively and efficiently managing the development and direction of the reporting team members
Ensuring high quality guest service is delivered to internal and external guests at all times
Overseeing the sales, margins, expenses, inventory and sales for department
Ensuring the department is displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise as per company policy and standard

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and Customer Service:
You have a grade 12 or combination of relevant experience; Agriculture experience considered an asset
You are able to work unsupervised, plan and organize your own work and the work of others
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
You have experience with C-Store/Gas Bar Operations, Ag and Farm Hardware, Feed, lubricants, and general merchandise
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
Must be willing to obtain propane dispenser, pesticide dispenser, and PMEO certifications
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, are an effective planner, and have superb time management skills
