Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Maintenance Person to join our Facilities Team in Prince Albert, Sk.

Reporting to Facilities Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Responsible for completing assigned repairs, maintenance and minor construction tasks and carrying out planned maintenance program for the entire association
Responsible for ensuring the properties operate in a clean and safe manner
To operate all equipment /tools in a safe manner
Other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in facilities management and
You have experience and/or knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting and overall general maintenance skills
You have a strong knowledge and background in carpentry
You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
You are honest, trustworthy, are results orientated, and are proud of the work that you do
You have the ability to work in a fast -paced environment
Must have a valid Class 5 license  travel is required through out the Lake Country Co-op trading area
Must be physically fit  physical labour is required
