SGI's Human Resources team is currently searching for a permanent full-time Director, People Relationship Management (PRM) & Strategic HR Support in Regina.  The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the People Relationship Management (PRM) discipline and team to support the establishment, coordination and effectiveness of the HR strategy and optimizing business value (supporting achievement of business strategy/target operating models). In this role, you will collaborate with HR management to plan, prepare and advance the HR strategies/target operating models (TOM), and support building specific team plans to advance their overall function and achieve alignment to the TOM. You will also oversee and ensure continuous research practices, establish and test HR frameworks and work with HR teams to operationalize frameworks (i.e. Remote Work, Workforce Transition, etc.).

Requirements

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity.  We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business or Psychology and a professional certification or designation in field of organizational psychology or behavioral insights.
Candidates should have at least ten years' experience comprised of six years leadership experience and four years' experience with increasing responsibility in human resources or similar environment where specific organizational studies or frameworks have been implemented. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation would be considered an asset.
