Schulte Industries is looking for a detail oriented individual to join our experienced team.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Manage Inspection History Sheets
2. Confirm work orders have the necessary parts, kits and quantities
3. Input sales orders into production lists
4. Create serial numbers, identification tags, and CE plates for all equipment
5. Re-order kits and parts required for reconfiguration by creating work orders in JDE; communicate with Fabrication Supervisor on rushed orders and timelines
6. Communicate with Warehouse and Parts departments as required
7. Re-order kits and parts required for reconfiguration by creating work orders in JDE; communicate with Fabrication Supervisor on rushed orders and timelines
8. Provide support pertaining to bills of materials and inventory
9. Communicate with Warehouse and Parts departments as required
10. Enter all orders and changes on the production lists spreadsheet
11. Assist with filing and administrative duties
12. Researching JDE variances between the Database and physical inventory and providing corrective action when necessary
13. Cross training required.
