Help create and support a seamless, personalized, easily accessible employee onboarding and orientation experience that delights internal stakeholders and potential candidates. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canadas official languages.

What youll do:
- Lead the creation, design and delivery of an exceptional employee onboarding program
- Manage and coach a team of recruitment professionals, setting priorities and business objectives
- Assess and recommend changes to ensure a positive talent acquisition experience
- Partner and collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders across the enterprise

What were looking for:
- In-depth knowledge of the FCC business strategy, corporate objectives, divisional functions, corporate culture and employee experience
- Professional knowledge of HR principles, policies, theories and trends
- Understanding of talent acquisition and adult learning principles
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with managers, key stakeholders and internal HR team
- Strong communication, consultation and facilitation skills

What youll need:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Commerce, Business Administration or Education
- 6-8 years in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Workday or a similar applicant tracking system, metrics, and electronic recruiting solutions.
- Understanding of Canada Labour Code legislation and employment standards
