The position requires the estimator/project co-ordinator to bid on jobs and follow acquired jobs through to completion. Tasks include, bidding/tendering jobs, reading and understanding specs, colour coding for jobs, purchase orders, file organization, setting up jobs and job colour reports, change orders, etc. Candidate must be able to email, word process, follow directions closely and respond to a fast paced environment. Essential to be able to read/ understand blueprints.
