Meadow Lake Coop is hiring a Grocery Supervisor at our Food Store in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.

What youll do:

Working closely with the assistant grocery manager and food division manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales staff in the grocery store; including handling administrative and support functions with all team members.

You will be responsible for engaging team members to ensure guest services standards are consistent in the store.

You will be responsible for providing guidance, complying with company policies, and delegating tasks to team members.

You will be knowledgeable with products and their sources.

You will be proactive in maintaining location image.

Who you are:

You are passionate about a career in the retail industry and:

You have minimum of 1-year experience in retail.

Youre familiar with working in the retail\grocery industry will be considered an asset.

Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

You have strong work ethic and team player attitude.
