Do you have Ag Equipment experience and a passion for Agriculture? Our ideal candidate is from rural Saskatchewan and has a background in Ag Sales, Ag Mechanics or another related field.

Core Responsibilities:
    Manage the Used Equipment Inventory at all 4 dealerships.
    Develop and implement strategies to market and sell used equipment.
    Research and analyze market and industry trends as it relates to used equipment inventory.
    Oversee the trade-in process to maximize efficiencies throughout the trade-in cycle.
    Manage and approve the repair and reconditioning process.
    Build internal relationships by collaborating with departments within the dealership.

Minimum Requirements:
    Knowledge of and a passion for the Agriculture Industry.
    An extensive knowledge of Ag Machinery/Mechanics.
    A strong desire to continuously learn and advance your skill set.
    Education and/or experience in Sales.
    Comfortable and proficient with daily computer usage.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
