QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year related experience required
Completion of a college or other related certificate or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills, 2nd language will be an asset
Ability to supervise 11-15 people
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Ability to stand for an extended period of time
Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Develop, implement and analyze budgets
Provide customer service
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
