Marketing coordinator
Our company is growing and we are looking for a hard working individual that has some experience/education in marketing and design to support our marketing needs. Primarily creating content and populating our websites to support our B2B marketing needs.

Responsibilities Include:
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing and sales activities.
Supporting executives in organizing various projects
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Design and compose online and print content
Work in Excel creating data charts and pricing catalogues.
Undertake hands-on projects such as producing product displays
Produce strong visual and written content for both internal and external purposes.

Requirements:
Fast learner and highly adaptable to ever changing priorities!**
Experience in marketing and graphic design
Good understanding of marketing principles
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Excels under pressure
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Is able to take direction well, but also take initiative!
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite  InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Some experience with CRM tools, Google analytics, Google Ads, Google MyBusiness, Facebook Ads, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to do physical labour when necessary (setup for trade shows, build displays, etc)
Having a degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field is a strong advantage
Experience in Inventory management systems is another strong advantage.

Hours:
Full Time: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
The right candidate could start as early as October 1, 2021.
