NCCHD is currently taking applications for a full time Heavy Duty Mechanic with truck and trailer experience, 2nd-4th year apprentice or journeyperson, and SGI ticketed. We are looking for an applicant that would be able to start as soon as possible.
The successful applicant will be:
-Very experienced in engine and driveline work (engine tear downs, injectors, scanning tools, transmission R/R, differential replacements and rebuilds)
-Able to be self efficient
-Works well with others
-Able to problem solve
-Some experience with electronics and hydraulics
-Able to weld with MIG
Our operating hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. Service truck work and field work required sometimes.
Wages will depend on experience. We also offer benefits and pension.
