Description

NCCHD is currently taking applications for a part time or full time technician for light duty work and safeties, 1st year apprentice to journeyperson are welcome to apply, and SGI ticketed would be preferred but not required.

Requirements:

-    1st year to journey person tickets
-    Installing custom accessories
-    Welding and building custom parts as needed  
-    Small painting and body touch ups
-    Custom wiring repairs and full installs of wiring harness
-    Customizing work ( i.e. locker installs, wiring, extending brake lines, suspension, exhaust, winch installs)
-    SGI safety inspections ( preferred but not required)
-    AC work
-    Engine repairs and tunning ( fuel injection and carbureted )
-    Install of engine components ( i.e. starts, rads, alternators, etc)
-    Knowledge of classic vehicles 1960-1989 ( understanding the value of classic cars)
-    Repairs on drive line and 4 wheel drive systems  
-    Able to do regular maintenance oil changes, fluid changes, tire rotations
-    Assist heavy duty mechanics in shop as needed and work well with others and take direction from shop foreman

Wages will depend on experience.
