The Horizon Service Desk provides a flexible and scalable solution utilizing a variety of next-generation software to empower your organization.  Tier 1 to expert Technicians form the team and move together through large volumes of small issues at our clients.
  Using industry leading Ticket management systems, all levels of Technicians work together through large volumes of issues from easy to challenging to very complex.
  Horizon is currently seeking a talented & energetic Full-Time Permanent Service Desk Analyst to join our Regina, Saskatchewan business unit.
  You will be part of our IT Service Desk team providing support to Horizon Managed Services customers. Your primary role is to provide first level support remotely or onsite as required. You must have a commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering friendly courteous service to our clients.

Technical Competencies:
    Office 365
    Azure
    Microsoft Teams
    Exchange
    Windows 7, 10
    Mac OSX
    Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019)
    Networking
    Firewalls
    Backup Technologies
    Preventative maintenance
Qualifications:
    Understanding of ITIL framework
    Problem solving skills
    Prior experience on a Service Desk an asset
    Prior experience providing deskside support an asset
    Ability to work on a team
    Ability to move from one task to the other quickly
    Desktop / laptop troubleshooting and repair
    Attention to detail
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Certifications an asset (Microsoft, CompTIA, Fortinet)
