About the Opportunity
PBN Construction (PBN) is hiring an experienced MOTOR GRADER OPERATOR to be based out of Northern Saskatchewan ( Weyakwin, SK Area) . In the role, you will be required to operate safely and efficiently one of, or a variety of CAT Motor Graders (140M or 160M).    
More specifically, you will:
    Have a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements;
    Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on various pieces of heavy equipment;
    Clean and ensure proper storage of various pieces of heavy equipment;
    Advise the Foreman of any requirements for equipment maintenance or repairs;
    Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner consistent with PBNs policies;
    Professionally represent PBN on site and maintain a strong relationship with client(s);
In order to qualify for this role, you will need the following:
    Sound knowledge of equipment and safety practices acquired through a minimum of 4 years of experience or 1000 hours operating competency;
    Power Mobile Equipment (PME) Training;
    Class 5 Drivers license;  
    Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate; Fall Protection; WHMIS; Fire Extinguisher; and Ground Disturbance;
    Strong oral and written communication skills;
    Meeting the requirements for Resident of Saskatchewans North (RSN) is considered an asset;
    A strong commitment to capacity building and knowledge transfer to PBN employees is a requirement.
