Description

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to join us as a Full-Time Creative Lead.

If youre looking for a leadership opportunity while still creating impactful designs and videos, then this job is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Concept and create compelling graphics and designs
- Design catchy ads for social media platforms
- Create newsletters, postcards, billboards, logo packages, presentations, and brochures
- Mentor, encourage, and lead Mash creative team members
- Ensure Mash creative work matches our wow-inducing standards
- Work with Mash Strategists to conceptualize campaigns and build brands
- Create persuasive, visually-compelling videos with custom animation
- Manipulate and edit video together into a seamless sequence
- Design delightful website creative that flows flawlessly
- Continuously discover and apply new editing effects and processes to be more efficient and creative
- Respond to trends and current events to ensure content is relevant and impactful

The experience & qualifications you bring:

- Proven track record as a graphic designer
- Video editing experience with a solid portfolio
- Strong experience and familiarity with Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with motion graphics, effects, titles and experience in animations
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Strong writing skills
