ISM is seeking an Accountant (Pricing) to fill a 12 to 18 month temporary term position. This position collaborates with the Sales, Finance and Delivery organizations within ISM to create solutions that are marketed to our clients. The successful candidate will weigh the financial viability of a business solution and provide thought leadership on areas where solutions can be made more profitable, while balancing customer needs and requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary focal and business case analyst, working with Managers/Directors/Sales teams in the creation of the ISM business case.
Balance customer savings requirements with ISM Financial and Profit objectives.
Provide revenue and gross profit analysis on GTS product lines including labour, inflation, hardware, software and third-party costing and pricing.
Apply applicable pricing delegation, appropriate process and business controls to the pricing engagement.
Preparation of adhoc financial analysis reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Commerce, majoring in Finance or Accounting, and 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in pricing, accounting and finance.
Completion of a professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CA) would be considered an asset.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices and regulations, pricing methodology and toolset.
Strong computer skills, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced knowledge of desktop analytical, query, and spreadsheet tools to rapidly develop financial reports, analysis, and in-depth return on investment analysis.
Knowledge of accounting relationships and ability to interpret the impact of accruals, deferrals and reserves.
