Description

Since 2005, Timber Restoration Services have been building and restoring timber structures in the USA, Canada, and Australia.  We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to work out of our Dundurn, Saskatchewan office.

Duties
-Search for bids and tenders, completing bids for submission
-Obtain quotes for supplies and find vendors for work projects
-Manage project-related paperwork
-Manage project phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
-Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
-Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
-Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Requirements
-MS Office and Excel experience, Google Drive experience, Google Sheets
-Accounting experience is an asset
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Consistently meet deadlines and handle competing requests
-Ability to deal with high-stress situations as they arise
-Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Required Qualifications
-Must have a minimum of three years experience
-Must have Construction Industry experience
-Must have a valid passport or the ability to obtain one
-Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
-Currently live in Canada as our need is immediate
