Description

The Loans Assistant holds a key role of supporting the Manager of Lending Services in the preparation of loans files for analysis and approval, as well as coordinating loan renewals.  The Loans Assistant is a brand new role at Accent Credit Union, and will assist in fostering business development, and member relationships.  You are exceptionally organized and are skilled in managing competing priorities.  

You have a desire to learn and grow with the role.  Your experience in an administrative setting will serve you well as you begin your career as a Loans Assistant.  You are a team player with a positive attitude, who is committed to the success of your team.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the credit union system, or the financial services industry.  You will have knowledge of the banking system, and are eager to grow your career!

This exciting opportunity is available in any of our Accent Credit Union Branches.  From time to time, you may be required to travel between our three branches as well.  You will participate in a comprehensive development plan, equipping you with the knowledge and tools to confidently assist your team, and grow your career.  

Education & Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma    
Working knowledge of computer systems
One Year of job-related experience    
Credit Union experience considered an asset
Bondable    
Commitment to continuous self-development
