-Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
-Keep a track of all the invoices for clients
-Organize and file all the data manually as well as electronically
-Check inventory of office and cleaning supplies and order according to the requirement
-Respond to Visitors with an appropriate Sense of urgency
-Decide on and follow office safety policies
-Maintain track of all the appointments and meetings
-Responsible for maintaining all data such as General Guide/ Cleaning procedure of equipment and other supplies
-Maintain Service reports and registrations up to date
