As an important member of our team, the Administrative Assistant is expected to exercise good judgment and provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and friendly manner. Other duties will include:
Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls
Processing investment and insurance applications
Follow-up with investment and insurance companies
Prepare policy illustrations for advisors
Work closely with the compliance team
General office duties
What does it take to get onboard?
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Business school or university degree would be considered an asset
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset
Excellent attention to detail
Great customer service
Reliability and commitment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; specifically, Outlook and Excel
Familiarity with office equipment
