Description

The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for a permanent part time Caretaker.  

Assignment and Term:
    This 12 month position consists of 6 hours per day.
    This position commences as soon as possible.  The work schedule will be 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm with a half hour lunch break.  Rest periods will be scheduled in accordance with AP 403 Appendix B - Rest Periods and the current collective bargaining agreement.

The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications:
    Minimum Grade 10 Education or equivalent
    Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certification.  If the successful candidate has not completed the appropriate certification, they will be required to provide proof of enrollment and complete the course within six (6) months of their permanent status.
    Level 1 Occupational Health and Safety
    A valid drivers license
    Take pride in maintaining a clean and operational facility
    Direct experience in the caretaking field and the ability to work independently and as a team member would be considered an asset.
Salary and Benefits:
    The successful candidate will be paid on a monthly basis at an hourly rate from $17.95 - $21.90 with vacation time accrued at the applicable rate.
