We are looking for people with residential carpentry experience. You need to be able to be handed a rental property and repair what's in front of you. Yes, obviously except electrical and plumbing. You need to also be able to teach and be teachable. Our company has an in house apprenticeship program. Epic Alliance Inc. is team orientated, to the point our team members are like family to each other. How do we achieve all this, we hire the right people! So, if you have a chip on your shoulder or some tasks are beneath you, do not apply. This is a full time job, all year round. How do we achieve such a feat? You might have to do work that is outside of your scope. Things like cut grass, shovel sidewalks, move furniture and so on. In other words, pitch in wherever necessary.
