The Computer Clinic of Canada is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team!
Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Provide In-store, on-site and remote support services related to computer hardware, software, printing, operating systems, data recovery, network connectivity- installation, troubleshooting & maintenance to individual & business clients.
-Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
-Perform In-Store administrative duties
-Recommend hardware and software improvements to customers.
-Provide excellent customer service and able to communicate effectively with non-technical clients
Skills & Qualifications
-Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
-Previous IT related experience required.
-Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills
-Attention to Detail
-Strong communication, organizing and time-management skills
-Must work well independently.
-Able to work under deadline pressures.
-Experience on Routers, Firewalls, Switches would be an Asset
-Valid Class 5 Drivers License
-Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
