RCH Consulting is located in Saskatoon, Sk. We offer engineering services, management consulting, and contract staffing to the mining, municipal, and heavy industrial sectors across Canada. We are looking for someone to join our growing team of professionals, and help keep the momentum going!
Key responsibilities will include:
Growing and managing our contract placements business,
Managing proposals to existing and new clients, and
Managing talent recruitment to fill existing and new opportunities.
Additional job duties are flexible for the right candidate, and will be tailored to match your expertise and career interests, and RCH Consulting's needs. Some areas that may be included:
Developing new client relationships drawing on RCH Consulting's existing expertise,
Developing business cases for new service and/or product offerings,
Representing RCH Consulting at trade shows and industry events,
Setting up and managing a CRM system,
Assisting on projects in Project Management, engineering, or management consulting roles, or
Assisting in HR and Accounting Management.
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering along with 4-9 years of related experience, or extensive related experience in the field is required. Experience in recruitment and contract staffing is a strong asset. Other assets in the role include:
Experience in the mining, municipal, or construction industries, especially in engineering or management consulting
Experience in project costing and proposal development
Work may be completed remotely, or from RCH Consulting's office in Saskatoon. If working remotely, being local to Saskatchewan is a strong asset, but more remote candidates may be considered. Occasional travel to client sites will be required, but travel is not expected to form a major portion of the role.
Hours of work are flexible for the right candidate, and total commitment will vary with job responsibilities negotiated.
