About the job:
We are looking for someone *with 5+ years administrative experience* who is punctual, reliable, motivated, possesses a strong work ethic and is willing to take initiative. Must have strong experience/ability with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, good communication skills, and work well with others.

Typical duties would include:
- Internal product billing
- Expediting supplier orders
- Ordering office supplies
- Building/maintaining spreadsheets
- Building PowerPoint presentations
- Main Reception back-up which includes answering a multi-line switchboard and redirecting calls to the appropriate individuals, greeting customers and visitors, handling internal requests, customer billing, filing
- Data entry tasks and processes
- Organize and maintain office records and files
- Manage outgoing mail
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, customers, and suppliers.
