Description

Reporting to the Plant Manager the Shipper/Receiver is responsible for performing shipper / receiver functions and helping out wherever needed.
Requiements
-    Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service
-    You have the ability to excel in a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout your shift.
-    Ability to follow all established procedures, safety protocols and workplace policies.
-    Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required.
-    Required ability to stand for extended periods of time
-    Work independently in a fast-paced environment
-    Mechanical experience preferred.

Duties
-    Shipping and receiving
-    Pick orders
-    Maintain inventory
-    Preparing finished product
-    Cleaning of work area
-    Inspection of incoming shipments
-    Cross-train with Tire Retread Technician and cover responsibilities when necessary


Qualifications
-    Grade 12 or equivalent
-    Able to manipulate 50 -100 pounds
-    Valid drivers license
-    Fork lift certificate is an asset but not required
-    Able to use power tools
-    Some computer use required
-    Team Player
