Senior Employer Services Representative
3-Permanent Appointments
Regina Head Office


Working in a call center environment, you are the initial point of contact for employers across the province in dealing with WCB.  Provides customer service to employers and other stakeholders regarding new accounts, payroll completion and adjustments, business closures and amalgamations, and any other general inquiry.  Determines eligibility and appropriate classification for new employers.  Processes annual Employer Payroll Statements, which generate revenue for the WCB.  Issues Clearance Certificates in the case of a business sale and with respect to principal/contractor relationships.  Inherent in this position is the concept of process ownership, which minimizes handoffs and increases customer service and employee accountability.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of the one year Certificate in Business (a completed degree in any discipline would be considered to meet the qualifications).

The post-secondary education will be supplemented with two years of successful experience demonstrating the following skill sets:

Strong customer service orientation
Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, and procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and problem solving ability
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows applications
Minimum typing speed of 35 net words per minute
Confirmed Reliability Status (Security Clearance) from Canada Revenue Agency.
