Description

Our ideal candidate is from Southern Saskatchewan and has a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or another related field.

Core Responsibilities:
    Support the Controller with workflow process improvement and pursuing special projects.
    Generate detailed reports based on financial data.
    Ability to analyze data and identify areas of concern and recommend corrective action.
    Verify or reconcile bank transactions, complete deposits and issue cheques.
    Review, investigate and correct discrepancies in financial entries, documents and reports.
    Implement and refine processes that increase organization and efficiency.
    General accounting duties including accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Minimum Requirements:
    Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or another related field.
    Minimum 3 years of accounting related experience.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    Strong organization and time management skills.
    Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
