The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority (LRRHA) is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join their team in the LaRonge office.
In this front-line administrative position, you will:
Respond to incoming calls and walk in traffic;
Respond to general inquiries, promoting awareness and understanding of housing programs;
Prepare payment vouchers and perform various administrative functions, including record keeping, tracking, scheduling, and other office duties.
What were looking for:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office;
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
What youll need:
Grade 12 or equivalent (some post-secondary in business administration would be an asset);
Overall knowledge of all office systems and procedures;
Recognition of, and respect for peoples diversity and individual differences;
A valid drivers license, use of own vehicle and ability to travel as may be required.
