Job Description:
Provide routine tasks that support residents with their daily activities.
Coordinate health, medical, medication, hygiene, nutrition, clothing needs of residents.
Maintain administrative records and reports.
Encourage the development of friendships and family connections and ensure participation.
Oversee home and property maintenance, ensure it is in good repair, and follow fire, health, and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to the philosophy and values of Gilead Homes.
Maintain confidentiality of residents and corporate information.
Complete other tasks relating to the position.
