The Health Infrastructure Branch of the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is seeking two (2) motivated and proven leaders for an Executive Administrative Assistant position that reports to the Executive Director. There are two (2) positions available (1 permanent full time and 1 non-permanent).
The successful candidate for this Executive Administrative Assistant role will be someone who brings experience with: successfully balancing competing priorities and pressures; communicating efficiently and effectively with internal and external parties; office management protocols and processes, including developing and monitoring budgets and managing filing systems (e.g., ARMS); administrative support, including coordinating calendars; boardrooms; meetings and workshops; and travel; composing, formatting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and documents; and
Tracking and monitoring tasks, requests, and referrals.
This position would be a great fit for someone who is interested in being part of a collaborative team and having a fast-paced and challenging role.
Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be obtained through formal education such as completion of a one-year business course, supplemented by experience in the administrative and clerical field.
